The Gumboro Symposium "Recent European Experiences on Gumboro Control" was held in Budapest, Hungary on January 19th - 20th, 2012.
This was a unique opportunity for gathering together with some renowned scientists on Immunology, Poultry Pathology, Incubation and Vaccinology as well as with professionals from all around Europe to discus and update our knowledge about Gumboro Disease and modern strategies for its control.
Budapest, located in the heart of Europe has been selected for this symposium as a recognition to the large contribution to Veterinarian Biological Research and Development from Hungarian scientists like J.Marek,A.Aujeszky andD.Derzsywho are part of the genealogy of Ceva as members at that time of Phylaxia Research Institute who is celebrating next year 100 years of foundation.
As part of Ceva’s commitment with poultry industry, with this event we wish to help producers to mastering the control of Gumboro Disease, which is one of the most important problems with major negative consequences formeat production.
